Who this course is for

Shop owners, creators and marketers who want short videos without a camera crew, and who want them to be honest, on brand and repeatable.

What you will build

  • A decision for each video: which kind of AI video, or none
  • A six-scene storyboard and a reusable scene-prompt template
  • An avatar explainer with captions and a rights check
  • Exports for vertical, square and landscape placements
  • A seven-day routine with a scorecard

How the course works

Each lesson has a diagram, copy-paste prompts, a worked example and a checklist. The course is tool-neutral: it uses our AI video comparison for plans and limits, and it does not depend on a single product.

What you need

  • Access to at least one AI video tool (free plans are enough for the first lessons; check each tool’s limits and commercial-use terms)
  • Claude or another assistant for scripts and storyboards
  • A simple video editor
  • Willingness to label AI-generated content where platforms or common sense require it: lesson 7 covers this

Platform rules and tool features change often. Treat the linked official pages as the source of truth.

Curriculum

Module 1: Foundations

  1. When AI video fits, and when it does not — Know the three kinds of AI video and decide whether a given video should be made this way at all. (7 min)
  2. Choose your tool by goal — Match your goal to a type of tool, then compare plans and limits before you pay. (8 min)

Module 2: The workflow

  1. Script and storyboard with Claude — Turn an idea into a six-scene plan with hooks, visuals and on-screen text before you generate anything. (9 min)
  2. Scene prompts that work — Write prompts with the same six parts every time and iterate by changing one part at a time. (9 min)
  3. Avatars, voice and captions — Make an explainer video with a presenter and voice, add captions, and handle likeness and consent properly. (9 min)

Module 3: Ship and improve

  1. Edit and format for every platform — Assemble clips, add captions and sound, and export one master into the formats each platform needs. (8 min)
  2. Disclosure, rights and platform rules — Know when to label AI-generated video, what you may use as inputs, and where to read the current platform rules. (9 min)
  3. Your 7-day video routine — Build a repeatable weekly loop so AI video becomes a habit with measurable results. (7 min)
